Talking Tom–Style Playback Demo (Godot 4)

This is a technical prototype focused on Talking Tom style voice playback mechanics, built in Godot 4 and developed entirely on my phone.

Making 3d levels on a phone is really really hard 😭 😂🤣

🔊 Core mechanic

The game listens to microphone input

When sound is detected  recording starts automatically

When silence reaches a configurable threshold  recording stops

The recorded audio is then played back immediately, mimicking the classic “repeat what you say” behavior

All logic is driven by:

Audio bus routing

Volume / peak detection

Silence timing

Record  stop  playback state transitions
